The Easy Breezy Backsack pattern is easy to make from fat quarters - just choose your 3 favorite fabrics! Instructions include inner pockets.
Materials Needed:
•Outside of backsack - 1/2 yd
•Lining & outside pocket - 1/2 yd
•Inside pockets & outside pocket flap - 1/2 yd
•Straps - 1/3 yd of fabric OR 4 yds of 1" wide grosgrain ribbon
•Ribbon for loops, 1" wide grosgrain, 1 yd
•Velcro, about 5/8" wide, sew-on, 7" long
•Decorative button, if desired
•If quilting your backsack, you will also need lightweight batting scrap, 18" x 50" and muslin or scrap backing, 3/4 yd (or 18" x 50")
