 | Workshop Passport Ref: WSPP
In December 2011 we shall be issuing 'Workshop Passports', these will be available for £70 they are your passport to as many workshops as you like (up to a maximum of 18) during the period 1st January 2012 - 30th April 2012.
What this means is that if you wanted to you could attend 18 classes for just £70, How great is that!?
Holding our Workshop Passport also entitles you to 10% discount off any of our other classes and clubs during that period also, just make sure you have your passport with you when you pay.
There are a few conditions to the passport
1. It is not transferrable
2. You must book your workshop in advance (we reserve the right to cancel a class if there are too few people - less than 5)
3. If you book a workshop and do not attend for any reason (cancellation accepted up to 14 days before workshop) you must pay the full fee of the workshop as you may have prevented others from attending
4. Workshops are booked on a strictly first come first served basis.
5. Due consideration of the students and teachers is expected during all our classes, you may be refused entry to a class if you are late and it is deemd too disruptive for you to join.
So how does the Passport work in practice?
Once you have purchased your passport you may book your workshop before the class. We will charge anyone who books a workshop and then cancels or does not turn up, we have to do this as it may have prevented another person from attending the class.
You only need to attend a couple of workshops to have covered the cost of the passport, after that every workshop you attend is FREE!
